Outlining the ambitious plans of the National Army Museum's "Building for the Future" project focusing especially on the significant improvements to visitor services embedded in the redevelopment

Presenting the visitor research conducted at the museum to inform capital and audience development projects and provide vital evidence to support funding bids
Presentation by Ann Bevan and Margaret Marks, The Diving Museum
Introducing the visitor offer at the Diving Museum, which was recently voted one of the most Family Friendly Museums in the country
The presentation also showed the Kids in Museums film "How I see it!" produced by young people about what they like about museums.
